Associate & trustee

Sue Soal is an organisation development (OD) and social process consultant offering strategy for, and design and facilitation of inclusive, reflective strategic processes. She works especially with civic, research, public and philanthropic initiatives.

Sue has worked extensively in community development in multi-stakeholder settings, very often addressing issues related to the interface of people and sustainability, including climate change, energy and conservation.

As an undergraduate, Sue studied the history and sociology of work, and she has a master’s degree in Philosophy of Education.
